Veterinary Nursing
Where to study
The Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing is a three year, full time degree offered by the University of Pretoria, with the practical component being conducted at the Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital.
This degree is currently the only course in South Africa that is recognised by the South African Veterinary Council as adequate to qualify students as veterinary nurses. Details of where to get this training can be obtained from:
